Notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors of the Little Blue Natural Resources District (“LBNRD”) will hold a public hearing to take evidence to consider the implementation of a penalty against Josh Lowery in accordance with the District’s Rules and Regulations. The hearing is scheduled for Tuesday September 8, 2026 at 5:30 p.m. at the office of the LBNRD located at 100 E 6th St., Davenport, Nebraska 68335. Steve Illingworth will serve as the hearing officer for the hearing. Persons requiring auxiliary aids to view and listen to the proceeding should contact the LBNRD office at the location listed or call 402-364-2145 to request such aid.
